Garage is not included, but can be added for an additional charge of $ 495.00 to $ 575.00, depending on condition and choice of paint color.

2. Paint aluminum siding and doors only. $ 1995.00 to $ 2795.00, depending on condition and choice of paint colors.

Powerwashing
1. Entire exterior of house, includes gutters, fascia, soffits and siding. $ 295.00
2. Front sidewalk ( by street ) , front and back patio area, driveway and sidewalk ( next to house ) $ 225.00
